3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Registration
To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

4. Practitioner Responsibilities
If you are a practitioner using the Platform, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your qualifications, certifications, and services
- Maintain all required licenses and certifications
- Deliver services as described in your profile
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Obtain appropriate insurance coverage
- Respect client confidentiality and privacy
- Respond to booking requests and communications in a timely manner
- Honor all confirmed appointments
5. Client Responsibilities
If you are a client using the Platform, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when booking services
- Arrive on time for scheduled appointments
- Cancel appointments with reasonable notice
- Pay for services as agreed
- Respect practitioner time and policies
- Not use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
6. Payments and Billing
6.1 Payment Processing

10. Disclaimers
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- Defects will be corrected
- The Platform is free of viruses or other harmful components
We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by practitioners. We do not endorse any practitioner or service listed on the Platform.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GAIA PRACTITIONERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gaia Practitioners, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

- Content you post or transmit through the Platform
13. Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute with another user, we encourage you to contact them directly. We are not obligated to resolve disputes between users but may assist in facilitating communication.
For disputes with us, you agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 60 days, you agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court.
14. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Termination
